Despite the fall of the £ Florida is still great value for U.K visitors and the strong Euro means Florida remains a much cheaper holiday destination than Europe.

Our homes are all of an exceptionally high standard and are inspected and licensed annually as Small Luxury Hotels by the State of Florida. They represent excellent value for money especially compared with a hotel room. 

We are thrilled that Simon and Susan Venness from the U.K's No.1 bestselling guide,'a Brit's Guide to Orlando and Walt Disney World'  visited all our homes and loved them so much they put us in their 2007 Guide!

*The ALL inclusive price includes pool heat if required, luxury hot tub, unlimited local, long distance and International phone calls, wireless highspeed broadband access and everything supplied in the homes.
Other than a refundable £200 or $350 security deposit which can be held as an authorisation on your credit card there is nothing else to pay.
As all our expenses are in US Dollars this is our preferred currency but we will accept sterling if paying by cheque or bank transfer.

New for 2009.
During our September trip we fitted a keyless lock system to all our homes so there is no key to collect or worry about. 
In December following the popularity of the hot tub at Villa Indigo we installed a luxury hot tub at Villa Mango.
