Villa and Condo Rates and booking information for 2006

Please note that to comply with Florida State Law and for the comfort and convenience of all our guests, our homes are strictly no smoking and regretfully unable to accommodate pets.

Villa Rates (exchange rate used as a guide £1 = $1.70).

These rates are per home and not per person and include all taxes.
As Florida is an all year round destination and to celebrate our opening, we are offering a fully inclusive flat rate of $135 (£79 at guide rate above) per night including Christmas, New Year, Easter and school and public holidays.

Minimum booking 3 nights.

There is an additional cleaning charge of $80 for bookings of less than 7
nights

For bookings of 4 people or less staying a minimum of 7 nights
between 31st October and 1st March there is a discount of $100 per 7 nights.

Condo Rates (exchange rate used as a guide £1 = $1.70).

These rates are per home and not per person and include all taxes.

per night, including Christmas, New Year, Easter and school and public
holidays.

Arrivals and departures

Arrival can be any day subject to availability.
Check in 4pm
Check out 10am
There can be some flexibility with these times depending on other bookings.

Pool heating (applies to villas only)

From 1st November to the end of February, pool heating is included (if required).

Deposits

A deposit of $350 or £200 is payable when booking.

Balance

The full rental price of the home in addition to the booking deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to the first night booked (see below).
Please allow 10 working days for payment by cheque.

Security Deposit

Your initial booking deposit will be retained as a refundable security deposit. This will be refunded within 21 days of your return home, providing the management company confirm there has been no loss or damage to the property.

Cancellation

Please ensure that you have full holiday insurance in place before making your full payment. If you have to cancel your booking we regret we are unable to make refunds other than your security deposit.
