Hi, We are Pete and Nina Dew and we invite you to stay in one of our distinctive Florida V.I.P Vacation Homes. Firstly we would like to tell you a little about ourselves and our homes. In 1994 we had a family holiday in Orlando, staying in a pool home near to where our homes are located now. We kept the holiday destination secret from our children Donna and Tristan. They thought they were going to Disneyland Paris until we gave them their pocket money in US dollars on the flight! The look of wonder and joy on their faces when they explored the villa will never be forgotten, especially the moment, as confirmed water babies they discovered they had a pool to themselves. At the time we could only dream about owning a similar property ourselves but dreams can and do come true. In early 2004 we put a deposit on what was to become Villa Indigo. Buying off plan meant we were able to follow the progress of our home from bare earth. This has been a fascinating and eventful experience. Since establishing our first vacation home we have purchased a second pool home and a condo, both also off plan. Our vision is to ensure that our guests have as equally magical memories of their vacation as we do of our first villa holiday. Our aim is not just to meet our guest’s expectations but to exceed them. In order to do this we have used experience gained from working in the travel industry and from our own travelling to create Florida VIP Vacation Homes. So our guests can truly feel they are on vacation we have worked hard to give each home its own unique style. Each interior has been carefully designed to reflect an aspect of the Floridian lifestyle. Florida has a reputation of being the State where everyone is from somewhere else. This cosmopolitan feel is reflected in our homes. Villa Mango was inspired by the Florida Keys and more especially Key West. Its bright Caribbean décor and whimsical touches are playful and intended to make our guests smile. The inspiration for Villa Indigo came from Palm Beach, Worth Avenue in particular and has a more sophisticated without being stuffy ambiance. Amber Key condo is unashamedly glamorous with more than a touch of the East and acknowledges the link Orlando has to the film industry through Disney MGM and Universal Studios. Foremost in our planning has been the safety, comfort and convenience of the homes for our guests, from the insulated plantation shutters to the superior furnishings. By staying in each home we have been able to identify the small things that can make a big difference. For example we installed dusk to dawn automatic lighting in the porches when we discovered that it was difficult to see the numbers on the key box at night. We also put an electric kettle in for the use of our European guests, something rarely if ever found in American homes! We want you to have total confidence when booking and understand you may have concerns about renting your holiday accommodation through the internet, equally we have anxieties about who rents our homes. To increase your confidence we carefully selected a long established Management Company to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of service 24/7. In addition our homes have hotel licenses issued by the State of Florida and are used by major tour operators.
